| This is a Quartz Ramming Mass for Medium/High Frequency Coreless Induction Furnace melting various
types of Ferrous/ Non Ferrous metals. Superior quality Quartz is sourced from Rajasthan. Processing of
the raw material is done with modern machineries to avoid any sort of contamination. Tailormade
material is manufactured keeping in view the size of the crucible and type of the metal. The product
can be supplied with pre-mixed binder/ without binder. The mixing of Quartz of various grain size are
done to the exact ratio suitable for small, medium and large size induction furnaces viz.

| PRODUCT – I INDRAM – S(POST - MIX) |
| It is widely used in low cost melting of mild steel, stainless steel, low
alloy steels, ductile and malleable irons. It is also suggested for
Ni-hard, Ni-resist and chrome irons. |

| PRODUCT – II INDRAM – S (PREMIX) |

| All details same as per Product -I. Boric Acid is used as a binder which
is properly mixed in machines to get homogenous mixing inorder to
get optimum results. We have a practice of 1.2% Boric Acid as binder.
It is ready to use material and contains no moisture. Before mixing, the
mass is pre-heated, then mixed and further packed in fresh HDPE bags
with liner to avoid moisture problems. |
