| Ferro Molydbenum |
| Mo - 60% min |
Molydbenum (Moly) is a potent hardenability agent and is consistuent of many treatable alloys steels. Moly erosion improves the corrosion resistancy of stainless steel, In iron, Mo is effective in strengthening & hardening causing austenite to transform to fine pearlite or to bainite. |

| Aluminium Shots & Notch Bars |
| Aluminium is used as deoxidizer in steelplants. The deoxidizers are of two types (i) Aluminium (ii) Ferro Silicon.
Aluminium has certain advantages over ferro silicon as it is cheaper and can be easily made in form od shots or ingots. Aluminium shots have a comparative advantage i.e. they offer greater surface area in better contact & mixing. |
